The notification bell gives you quick access to recent in-app alerts without needing to open the full Notifications page.
What you can do
From the bell dropdown, you may be able to:
- review recent unread or read notifications
- open related workflow pages
- mark notifications as read
- mark all notifications as read
- navigate to the full Notifications page
When to use the bell
Use the bell when you want a quick check of:
- new assignments
- recent approval events
- onboarding changes
- provisioning milestones

Use the bell for quick awareness and use the full Notifications page when you need filtering, search, or a broader history view.
