Where attachments can be added
Depending on your role and configuration, attachments may be supported for:

How to upload an attachment
1. Open the supported work item or approval 2. Find the Attachments section 3. Select Upload Files 4. Choose one or more files 5. Wait for the upload to complete
How to open an attachment
1. Open the relevant work item or approval 2. Go to the Attachments section 3. Select Open for the file you want to review
Best practice
Use clear file names and upload files only when they add operational value. Avoid using attachments as a substitute for important summary comments.
