Screen sections

1. Page header

The header identifies the page and explains that this is the main inventory of visible applications within your role and scope.

2. Search and filtering controls

These controls help you narrow the application list by name, type, status, onboarding posture, or other supported filters.

3. Application list or grid

This is the main application inventory. Each row or card usually represents one application and may include its name, type, status, and onboarding context.

4. Status indicators

Application status indicators help users understand whether an app is active, onboarding, inactive, or otherwise not currently live.

5. Onboarding indicators

Where available, onboarding indicators show whether the application is still progressing through setup and readiness work.

6. Links to application details

Each application entry should provide a way to open the Application Details page for deeper review.

7. Links to application onboarding

Where available, users can move directly from the application list into the onboarding experience for that specific application.

How to use this screen

A common workflow is:

1. search for the application 2. review current status and onboarding posture 3. open Application Details for context 4. open Application Onboarding if action or readiness review is needed

Best practice

Use the Applications page as an operational inventory and navigation surface, not only as a reference list.
