Screen sections
1. Page header
The header identifies the board and indicates that it is focused on a single organization's onboarding work.
2. Search
Search helps users quickly find work across requested apps, onboarding tasks, and discovery items.
3. Requested apps column or section
This section shows requested standard apps for the organization and may group them by ownership.
4. Onboarding tasks column or section
This section shows onboarding tasks and helps users identify which tasks are unassigned, assigned to them, or assigned to others.
5. Custom discovery column or section
This section shows discovery work associated with the organization, also grouped by ownership where supported.
6. Ownership grouping
Many board views use ownership grouping such as:
- unassigned
- assigned to me
- assigned to others
This helps users quickly identify responsibility and backlog.
7. Linked application access
Where requested apps or discovery items have already been converted into applications, users may see links to open the application onboarding page.
How to use this screen
A common workflow is:
1. review unassigned items first 2. identify work assigned to you 3. identify items blocked elsewhere 4. open linked applications or onboarding dashboard as needed
Best practice
Use the board to coordinate work across teams. Use the detailed dashboard pages when you need to make edits or take deeper action.
