Troubleshoot Sign-In Issues

If you cannot sign in to NxtLayr, this guide covers the most common causes and what to check before contacting support.

Common sign-in problems

I entered my credentials but cannot sign in

Check the following:

• your email address is correct
• your password is correct
• your account has been activated
• your organization has approved access
• you are using the correct sign-in method for your environment

I am redirected but do not see the page I expected

NxtLayr is role-aware. Your landing page depends on your assigned role. If you expected a different page, your role or scope may need to be reviewed by an administrator.

I can sign in but I cannot access a page

If you are redirected away from a page, you may not have permission for it. Contact your administrator if you believe you should have access.

I am not receiving a reset email

Check:

• spam or junk folders
• whether the account exists in the environment
• whether your organization uses a different sign-in method

When to contact support

Contact support or your administrator if:

• you cannot sign in after multiple attempts
• you believe your role is incorrect
• you are missing access to a required page
• your organization activation is incomplete
