Common issues

I cannot provision a requested app

Check:

  • the requested app is in the correct review state
  • you have the right permissions
  • enough context exists for provisioning
  • the app has not already been provisioned

I cannot convert a discovery request into an application

Check:

  • the discovery request contains enough information
  • you have permission to create or provision applications
  • the item has not already been converted

I do not see the linked application

Refresh the page and check again. If the conversion completed, the discovery request or requested app should show a link to the application onboarding page.

I am not sure whether to use requested apps or discovery

Use requested apps for standard supported platforms. Use discovery when the application does not fit the standard model or needs custom operational review.

Best practice

Do not rush provisioning or conversion. Review comments, attachments, and status first so the next workflow starts with enough context.
