- Sign in and confirm you land on My Support Home
- Review the page summary and recent tickets
- Open Knowledge Base
- Open My Tickets
- Open Notifications
- Confirm your notification preferences
First-week checklist
- Search Knowledge Base before opening new support requests
- Use New Ticket when self-service guidance is not enough
- Review My Tickets for updates
- Check notifications for status changes or assignment updates if applicable
Best practice
Use self-service first, then create a ticket when you need help that cannot be resolved through available guidance.
