First-day checklist

  • Sign in and confirm you land on My Support Home
  • Review the page summary and recent tickets
  • Open Knowledge Base
  • Open My Tickets
  • Open Notifications
  • Confirm your notification preferences

First-week checklist

  • Search Knowledge Base before opening new support requests
  • Use New Ticket when self-service guidance is not enough
  • Review My Tickets for updates
  • Check notifications for status changes or assignment updates if applicable

Best practice

Use self-service first, then create a ticket when you need help that cannot be resolved through available guidance.
