Sign in
To access NxtLayr, sign in using your approved organization account. Depending on your environment, you may sign in with email and password or through your configured identity provider.
After sign-in, NxtLayr routes you to the correct starting page based on your role. Some users land on Command Center, while others may land on Tenant Overview, My Support Home, Executive Overview, or an internal operations dashboard.
Understand your role
NxtLayr is role-aware. This means your navigation, dashboards, and available actions depend on the role assigned to you.
Examples include:
- Super Admin
- Tenant Admin
- Onboarding
- FDE
- FDE Supervisor
- Org Admin
- Org Manager
- Support Agent
- Standard User
- Executive Viewer
If you believe you should have access to a feature that is not visible, contact your administrator.
Main navigation
The left navigation menu changes based on your role. It may include some or all of the following:
- Command Center
- Support
- Applications
- Knowledge Base
- Enablement
- Assurance
- Notifications
- Organization Members
- Entitlements
- Admin or Onboarding pages
You may also see role-specific destinations such as Tenant Overview, My Support Home, or Executive Overview.
Core concepts
Before using NxtLayr, it helps to understand a few core concepts.
Tickets
Tickets are support or operational requests submitted and tracked through the platform.
Applications
Applications represent systems or platforms being supported, onboarded, governed, or tracked in NxtLayr.
Onboarding
Onboarding includes the work required to prepare applications, requested apps, and organizational environments for readiness and go-live.
Approvals
Approvals are used for governed or controlled actions that require formal review.
Activity
Activity includes comments, system updates, assignment changes, and status changes associated with supported work items.
Attachments
Attachments are files uploaded to supported work items and approvals to provide context or evidence.
