This checklist is a general starting point for any new NxtLayr user. It helps you get oriented quickly, understand your role, and begin using the platform confidently.

First-week checklist

• Sign in and confirm your landing page looks correct
• Read the Getting Started with NxtLayr guide
• Read Roles and Permissions
• Review your role-based guide
• Open Notifications and confirm preferences
• Open the main workspace for your role
• Review the Knowledge Base
• Open or review a real work item relevant to your role
• Learn how to add a comment and view activity
• Learn how to use attachments if your work requires them

Best practice

Do not try to learn every page at once. Start with the one or two pages you will use every day, then expand from there.
