Before rolling out NxtLayr to a customer or broader team, it is important to confirm that the environment, users, and workflows are ready.

Rollout readiness checklist

Confirm:

  • user roles are assigned correctly
  • key applications are visible and accurate
  • onboarding items are reviewed
  • requested apps and discovery are routed correctly
  • entitlements are understood
  • notifications are configured
  • the Help Center links are available to end users
  • the organization knows which pages they should use first

Suggested rollout communication

When rolling out to users, provide:

  • the correct URL
  • which role they are assigned
  • which page they should start with
  • links to the role guide and quick-start checklist
  • where to get help if something looks wrong

Best practice

Do not start with every feature at once. Teach each user group only the pages and workflows they need first.
