Release Notes summarize what changed in each NxtLayr release — new features, improvements, fixes, and notable behavior changes.

Where to find them

Release notes are typically published:

• inside the platform under a Release Notes or What's New section
• on the Help Center for major releases
• through your administrator for environment-specific rollouts

How to read an entry

Each entry usually includes:

• a release title and date or version
• a short summary of the release
• **New** — features added
• **Improved** — refinements to existing features
• **Fixed** — defects resolved
• **Notes** — usage or rollout notes
• **Impacted roles** — which roles to pay attention

Best practice

Skim the release summary first, then read the sections that match the roles you operate in. Use the **Release Notes Template** when authoring new entries so the format stays consistent.
