Suggested daily cadence

Daily reviews may include:

  • unread notifications
  • open tickets
  • blocked onboarding tasks
  • pending approvals
  • discovery items needing action

Suggested weekly cadence

Weekly reviews may include:

  • application onboarding posture
  • entitlement usage
  • role assignment review
  • unresolved discovery backlog
  • trend review for support and approvals

Suggested monthly cadence

Monthly reviews may include:

  • package usage posture
  • operational workflow health
  • content gaps in Help Center or Knowledge Base
  • recurring issue patterns
  • role and access cleanup

Best practice

Use different cadences for different roles. Support Agents may review daily queues, while Executive Viewers may focus on weekly or monthly summaries.
